Maria and Alain welcome you to their charming cottage located on an ancient island in the heart of the Brouage marshes.
Halfway between Marennes and Rochefort, the gîte de Malaigre will delight ornithology enthusiasts and nature lovers.
Ideally located in Charente-Maritime, you will discover nearby the beaches of Marennes Oléron (15 min) as well as the relaxing setting of the marsh.
In this old barn completely renovated, you can freely enjoy the many facilities at your disposal (heated swimming pool, barbecue, plancha, ping-pong table, bicycles, etc.), all in an enclosed flowered garden.

Petit séjour de 3 jours et 4 nuits pour nous dans ce gîte parfait. Rien a redire, accueil chaleureux et amical des propriétaires, gîte fonctionnel, très bien équipé, et avec une ambiance zen et moderne. L’emplacement est top, à proximité de la mer pour se balader, et de nombreux sites à visiter aux alentours. Les propriétaires ont pensé à tous, des recommandations de visites/activités, concernant l’équipement du logement plus que bien fournit, jusqu’à fournir l’essentiel des produits de cuisine et d’entretien courant (liquide vaisselle, sel, poivre, produits ménagers...) qu’en règle générale il faut soit prévoir d’amener, soit acheter lors des premières courses d’arrivée, ce qui est souvent une corvée de penser à tout, mais les propriétaires vous épargne ce fardeau. On recommande vivement! Vous pouvez y aller les yeux fermer car nous, on y retournera sans hésitation!

Exceptionnel. Comme à la maison. Très bon accueil. Grande propreté, la location a été bien aérée et le chauffage était mis (appréciable en avril). Aucune hésitation à avoir.

Un endroit paisible, heureux, qui sent bon le bonheur aux heures d'été avec ses balades en bord d'océan et ses carrelets sublime au couché de soleil. Le pays est plat alors les balades en vélo en famille sont idéal, et beaucoup de trésor à découvrir dans le pays rochelais. Les dégustations d'huîtres vous laisse séduit. Michel et Fabienne vous accueille dans un superbe gîte tout confort fort et au calme. Je vous recommande cet endroit pour passer des vacances idéales.
